      <title>Fiscal Health of Federal Housing Authority (FHA)</title>
      <description>Housing and Urban Development Secretary Shaun Donovan, a Government Accountability representative, and housing experts testified at a hearing on the fiscal health of the Federal Housing Administration (FHA). The hearing arose because of an FHA report to Congress on its current budget situation, which revealed that if the housing market continues to worsen, the agency is at risk of needing federal help. Secretary Donovan in his testimony that the FHA is not in need of a bailout thus far.
