James Albaugh gave the keynote address at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the National Chamber Foundation 10th annual Aviation Summit. In his speech he warned that the U.S. is in danger of losing its position as the aerospace industry leader. He touched on many timely subjects such as the end of the NASA’s shuttle program, the research and development tax credit, and the need to shield education funding from budget cuts both federally and locally.
Prior to Mr. Albaugh’s remarks C.A. Howlett was presented with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s annual award.
