Rebekah Sanders spoke by phone about the day’s special election for former Representative Gabrielle Giffords' (D-AZ) vacated seat. The candidates were Ron Barber, Ms. Giffords’s former district director, and Jesse Kelly, a former Marine who served in Iraq and works in his family’s construction business.
