Representative Chris Van Hollen (D-MD), ranking member on the Budget Committee, talked about budget and spending issues. He discussed a new Republican House leadership proposal to fund the government until March 18, 2011, while also working on funding the government through FY2011, developing a 2012 budget, and tackling debt issues.
