During an analysis of at the Clinton administration's foreign policy, Richard perle, former assistant secretary of Defense for International Security Policy, spoke about the the conflicts in Bosnia, Haiti, and Rwanda and Most Favored Nation status for China at a luncheon of the Defense Forum Foundation. Mr. Perle is currently a resident scholar of the American Enterprise Institute.
