The Virginia and Massachusetts attorneys general discussed the constitutionality of the 2010 health care law. Mr. Cuccinelli argued the law violates the commerce clause, states' rights, and an individual’s liberty. Ms. Coakley said the only way the Supreme Court can invalidate the individual mandate under the commerce clause is to reverse at least 70 years of clear precedence. close
