A recent study by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation based on information from Medicare recipients found disparities in the quality of and access to health care based on race and geographical location. Dr. Bruce Siegel talked about the study and a new effort by the Foundation to improve equal access to health care. He responded to telephone calls and electronic mail.
