Members of the Independent Assessment Commission talked about their report on Iraqi security forces. Their mandate was to evaluate the readiness of Iraq security in the areas of maintaining territorial integrity, denying safe haven to international terrorists, and bringing an end to sectarian violence. Topics included reorganizing police forces and their acceptance by the general population. The commission members responded to reporters' questions. 

The commission included retired Generals Boyd, Joulwan, Jones, and King.
