A panel discussion was held on the roles of political and career employees in the Justice Department Civil Rights Division. Among the topics they discussed were differences between presidential administrations for career employees. Following their discussion, the panelists responded to questions and comments from members of the audience. Mr. Yeomans moderated the panel.
