President Clinton outlined his latest child care initiative and the programs he intends to send to Congress for deliberation. The president also addressed the allegations against him that he had a sexual relationship with a former White House intern. President Clinton asked the American people to "listen to me" and said that all allegations were false, that he did not have "sexual relations with that woman, Ms. Lewinsky" and that he never asked anyone to lie.
