Attorney General Ashcroft and Secretary Mineta spoke to reporters about an initiative to use environmental and safety laws to prevent illegal transport of hazardous materials. Following their remarks they answered questions from the reporters. In his answers Attorney generals made a statement on a Justice Department investigation into possible leaks by administration personal on the name of a CIA agent.
