The Senate Environment and Public Works Committee reconvened the business meeting to consider S. 1733, the Clean Energy Jobs and American Power Act. The business meeting recessed to conduct a briefing for the full committee on the legislation.
Following Senator Boxer’s statement, Ranking Member Senator Inhofe delivered prepared remarks calling for revised EPA modeling. Republican committee members had boycotted the mark up and were not present.
