Dr. Blix evaluated the challenges facing the international community and nuclear non-proliferation advocates. In his remarks he explored new approaches to the threats of weapons of mass destruction, Iran and North Korea as likely future flashpoints, and public interest in non-proliferation policy. Following his remarks he answered questions from the audience.
