Former members of Congress who took an active interest in maintaining their papers shared their observations. Historical records of Congress are housed at the Center for Legislative Archives of the National Archives. Topics included where the congressmen housed their other papers and planning for the disposal of papers. The panelists responded to questions from members of the audience.
