Scholars spoke about a number of foreign policy issues. Panelists discussed a number of “regional hotspots” that may present foreign policy problems for the U.S. in the coming years. These “hotspots” included: Latin America, South Asia, and the Middle East. Following their remarks, panelists responded to audience questions.
