President Obama signed the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, the $787 billion economic stimulus and spoke about how the act could improve economic conditions in the U.S. The event was held at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science which was noted as a landmark due to its use of alternative and green energy equipment.
