Moderated by Mr. Taylor, the panelists talked about the Senate Judiciary Committee hearings on the nomination of John Roberts to be Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court. Other topics included how the nomination may play out on the Senate floor, what the Court will look like in the coming years, and what cases the Court might decide. After their presentations the panelists answered audience members' questions.
