Witnesses testified on on the Consumer Product Safety Commission’s (CPSC) implementation of the CPSC Improvement Act of 2008 and other consumer product issues. Among the issues they addressed were child product safety, the rule-making process, as well as the agency’s top safety initiatives and programs, including a new database, which allowed consumers to search incident reports.
