Captain Edwin Stanton, Doug Suttles, Richard Harrell, and Billy Nungesser spoke at the National Commission on the BP Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill and Offshore Drilling’s third series of meetings. They spoke about lessons learned from the accident and recovery efforts. Mr. Nungesser said he still did not know who was in charge of the ongoing oil spill cleanup in the Gulf of Mexico.
