On Saturday, October 8, 2005 Sen. Sam Brownback (R-KS) spoke at the Iowans for Tax Relief annual meeting in Des Moines, Iowa. Iowa is expected to hold the nation’s first presidential caucus in 2008. Sen. Brownback had not announced that he was running for president.
