Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed the American Israel Public Affairs Committee annual policy conference. In his remarks he said that Israel had no plans to freeze housing in Jerusalem, the trigger for a recent dispute between Israel and the U.S., and rejected the Obama administration's contention that Israel's policies were impeding the peace process.
