Senate Passes Health Care Bill

After twenty-six days of debate, the Senate has passed its version of the health care bill. From November 20 when the debate started, the debate lasted 165 hours. Ninety-five senators took part. Senators Baucus, McCain, Durbin, Alexander, Coburn, Barrasso, Gregg, McConnell, Crappo, and Grassely were the senators who spoke the most times during the debate.
