Following Programs in the Video Library

July 6, 2012

The C-SPAN Video Library now has a new way to tag and follow programs, people, bills, committees and organizations. First, you need to create a login. See the button in the top right of the Video Library that says Sign up.

You will then see tabs for Videos, Clips, Bills, People, Organizations, and tags. Once you favorite programs, these programs, people, etc will show up as selected programs. New programs will be recommended to you based on the programs you favorite.

By going to settings, you can even choose to be alerted by email when a similar program airs.

You can turn the Video Library into a tool so that you can follow your favorite people, organization, or issue. Once you are logged in, look for the star above the programs in the Video Library. Click on the star to favorite the program.

Soon the Video Library will be working for you and you will never miss a program of interest.
