The Smoking C-SPAN Library

There was a time that smoking in the studio, in hearing rooms, and other public forums was commonplace. Politico has assembled a gallery of photographs of smokers culled from the C-SPAN Video Library. Included is the famous Rep. Millicent Fenwick lighting her trademark pipe at a congressional hearing.
