Rod Blagojevich has seventy-four appearances in the Video Library. You can find them all on his biography page. As a member of Congress, he gave many one minute speeches. Here is one where he first reminds Rep. Moakley (D-MA) how to pronounce his name. He goes on to comment on a campaign investigation.
